The first ever queer spectator sport on television: Pride Ball 2023. With roots that go back to the Harlem Renaissance, Ballroom has been at the center of LGBTQIA+ art forms. Drag, vogue, and modern slang began in the underground halls of New York City with ballroom. Working in tandem with Icon Jack Mizrahi (Pose, Legendary) and Icon Dashawn Wesley (Legendary), Pride Ball was the first competition of the IVL: the International Vogue League.
